4 Tips for Developing Your Compensation Plan in 2012

Summary

In this session we'll discuss the basics of leading the organization through the process of creating a compensation philosophy that will support the organization's mission, vision and values in a new 2012 economy.  We'll also discuss how to create a compensation policy which will be the building block for your compensation program.  The philosophy and policy work hand in hand to help the organization set the goals for the compensation program (the “why”) and describe the company’s policy in regards to compensation (or the “how”).  This is the critical first step in establishing a formal compensation program will meet its objective of supporting the organizational mission and strategic plan.
